With our pre-pay Wallet, you can have pre-pay credit to use on purchases whenever you like, without waiting for payments to clear.
This solution is ideal for international customers who require orders to be places as quickly as possible and without the hasstle of complicated payment methods for their country.
 Upload funds to your wallet by logging in to your account page, and under the Wallet heading, click upload funds. Then choose your payment method and the amount you would like to send.
 Once your payment has cleared and has been processed, the funds will appear in your "My Wallet Balance" when you are logged into the store. You can then make quick purchases and pay for them selecting the "Wallet" payment method when placing orders.

Once your order has been placed, you can login to your account page at any time and look at your order status, as well as any notes relating to your order. At this point we may require further details to complete your order. You will also be able to see shipping tracking info when available.
If you have purchased a service ,please log in to your account page to browse and manage your service subscriptions (when your service is activated you will be able to see all required information relating to your subscriptions)
